Privacy policy
1. Controller
PinkyCode is a product of Pinky Creative Studio (Mateusz Kuzniar), Troelstradreef 72, 5237 VJ Den Bosch, Netherlands. Contact: klantenservice@stopmetzoeken.store.
2. What we process
- Account: email, hashed password (bcrypt rounds 12), optional name, language preference.
- Chats: messages you send and the AI model's responses. Kept until you delete them.
- API keys (BYOK): encrypted with AES-256-GCM at rest. We never log raw keys.
- Audit log: logins, registrations, BYOK actions, IP address, user agent. Kept 12 months.
- Stripe: customer ID and subscription ID only. Card data never touches our server.
3. Purposes
Account management, chat storage, subscription processing, abuse prevention, legal obligations.
4. No tracking
No Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel, no ad networks. Functional cookies only (session + language).
5. No training on your data
We do NOT use your conversations to train AI models. Model providers (Anthropic, OpenRouter) have their own policies — Anthropic does not train on API data.
6. Hosting
EU infrastructure (Hetzner, Germany). GDPR / AVG compliant.
7. Your rights
Access, rectification, deletion, portability. Email klantenservice@stopmetzoeken.store and we'll respond within 30 days.
8. Complaints
You may lodge a complaint with the Dutch Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).
