1. Service
PinkyCode is an AI coding assistant offered by Pinky Creative Studio. We do not guarantee that AI output is free of errors. Use at your own risk.
2. Account
You are responsible for account security, a strong password, and your API keys. We are not liable for damages from weak passwords, phishing, or account misuse by third parties.
3. Subscription
Cancel any time. Billed monthly in advance. No refunds for the current period.
4. BYOK
When using your own API key, your provider bills you directly. We are not liable for costs or limits at that provider.
5. Acceptable use
No illegal content, no spam, no attempts to jailbreak the AI for harm. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.
6. Liability
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months, capped at €1,000.
7. Governing law
Dutch law. Disputes go to the competent court in 's-Hertogenbosch.
