Name, email, message body submitted via contact form. Server log IP (Hetzner, EU). Functional cookies (language preference, cookie consent).
3. Purpose
Reply to your message, process orders, aggregate non-identifying statistics. No retargeting, no third-party data sales.
4. Your rights
Access, rectify, erase, port, withdraw consent, complaint to supervisory authority. Write to klantenservice@stopmetzoeken.store - we reply within 30 days.
5. Retention
Contact messages: 12 months. Server logs: 90 days. Cookies: up to 12 months or until you revoke.
6. Security
HTTPS everywhere, bcrypt rounds 12 for all passwords, ENV variables for secrets, OWASP top 10. Hosted on STRATO.nl + Hetzner EU.
